I’ve used Raborn Insurance for nearly 20 years. Wayne was the best. He retired last year and the one time I called Raborn after he retired I felt like I was bugging them and they really didn’t want to deal with me. We had moved out of the area but kept with Raborn because of Wayne. After our current year insurance expired we left and went with another company. I guess they didn’t care because after 19 years we didn’t even get an email asking if anything was wrong. It worked out in the end. Our coverage went up and our rates dropped. ( And yes I read the fine print)
